• Despite setbacks Pacifica Honolulu was finally completed on July 2019 – July 25 condo being handed over or passed to all initial residents and guests.
• Pacifica Honolulu was scheduled for finish only in late 2016 until stalled nearly until mid-late 2018 until successful completion of this 6 years resident Honolulu Condo construction of Kaka‘ako in Ala Moana.
• Only 39% of total properties sold have passed closing by mid-month October 2021.
• As of 2021 68% is occupied by residents after only first opening its residential doors on the 25th day of July in 2019.
