You can now start a buyer representation agreement with us online, from anywhere. No meeting, no printing, no scanning.

Since August 2024, every buyer working with a Realtor has to sign a written agreement before touring homes. For a lot of our buyers that used to mean a back-and-forth of emails and PDFs before they could see a single property, which is a pain when you’re on the mainland or overseas and shopping for a place on Maui or the Big Island.

How it works

1. Fill out the short form: who’s buying, which islands, price range, and the terms you’d like, like how long the agreement runs and how you’d prefer the fee set.
2. We review it, usually within one business day.
3. We email you the agreement for e-signature with your terms filled in. Read it, ask questions, and sign when you’re ready.

Nothing is binding until you sign the agreement itself. The form just gets things started, and the fee is negotiable.
