ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION
Wailea Point’s outstanding construction quality is apparent simply by taking stock of the sheer amount of concrete and steel used. Walls are built with 8-inch thick, steel reinforced concrete. Flooring consists of 3-4 inches thick, pre-pressed, precast planks, plus a 3 inch-thick steel reinforced concrete topping.
